The idea for the programme emerged as a result of years of training existing school educators in classroom management and up-skilling their techniques.

A lot of educators go into the teaching world with no experience in handling certain behaviours and issues faced when teaching children. This programme uses virtual simulation and case studies to assist educators to prepare for real-world teaching to perfect their teaching skills. The programme is called Step4 as it is the missing link in educator’s studies which Step 1 to 3 being Primary, Secondary and Tertiary education.

New educators now have the opportunity to improve their teaching proficiency through a holistic, simulation-based programme.
