STEP 4: Supplementary Techniques for Educators Proficiency
STEP 4 was an innovative training program for recently graduated educators.
The idea for the program emerged as a result of years of training school educators in classroom management and up-skilling their techniques.
The program is called STEP 4 as it is the missing link in educator’s studies with Step 1 to 3 being Primary, Secondary and Tertiary education. New educators now have the opportunity to improve their teaching proficiency through a holistic, simulation-based program.
STEP 4 taught graduate teachers in a simulated environment exactly what to do and how to teach and how to get to the ideal classroom setting.
This has never been done and was a first of its kind.
