Feeding Students at Delft South

Through out Lockdown LTL has continued supporting many Primary Schools with food parcels whenever possible. LTL reached out to underprivileged families in the communities of Nyanga, Matroos, Lotus River and Wavecrest. 

LTL combines feeding with reading whenever possible and takes the opportunity to read with the children as the food is prepared. 

On the 21st of May Living Through Learning distributed 900 food parcels to the learners of Delft South Primary.

The learners were extremely grateful, as were their parents. In addition, loaves of bread were donated to parents. Living through Learning also distributed literacy workbooks to the learners. Covid-19 information pamphlets were handed out to the parents to educate them on the virus and they were also given tips to boost their immune systems.
